This brand new, strong double wall carton is ideal for those of you packing heavy or valuable items. During the manufacturing process, the original manufacturer slightly over-starched the board material, causing the flaps to split slightly when you open the carton. You can see from the second image, that this has no effect on the structural integrity of the box once it is closed shut. This starch error enabled us to grab these double wall boxes at a fantastic price for you.
